Caliber & Time employs a sophisticated rating system for buyers and sellers based on feedback received from various transactions they indulge in. This elaborate feedback mechanism is designed to allow users to share their honest views about their transactional experiences with buyers and sellers. They offer the opportunity to comment on a purchase they have made or to thank a buyer for purchasing their products.

This rating and feedback mechanism is crucial for buyer/seller confidence and is the single factor that differentiates this platform from other similar platforms. Caliber & Time considers this feedback mechanism crucial for its business model and as such has laid down some ground rules and guidelines on its fair and constructive usage.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THE USE OF THE PLATFORM CALIBER & TIME (IN THE FUTURE “PLATFORM”) EITHER THROUGH THE WEBSITE OR ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICE OR ANY OF THE OTHER PRODUCTS, APPLICATIONS, AND SERVICES INDICATES YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, UNDERSTANDING, AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.

Feedback profiles

Each user of Caliber & Time can see how other users have been rated by fellow Caliber & Time users. The feedback mechanism is divided into positive negative or neutral ratings along with a short written review. The whole purpose of the review and feedback mechanism is to establish a rating for each buyer and seller.

This rating is designed to build user reputation and enhance buyer/seller confidence by ensuring that a greater number of transactions are made possible as the reliability of users can be verified. All users are strongly encouraged to leave feedback after each transaction as this is crucial for fellow users.

The rating and feedback mechanism is editable so that in case a dispute is resolved or a transactional error is rectified this can be reflected in the feedback.

Accessing Feedback Profile

The option of viewing feedback appears as a number (link) next to the username. Users can view feedback profiles including their own profiles by clicking this link.

The feedback profile page displays the following:

• Feedback score
   
• Positive rating percentage
   
• Recently received feedback
   
• Detailed seller ratings
   
• Caliber & Time Registration date
   
• Link to contact member
   
• Link to other products the member has for sale (if any)

Seller Feedback

Every time you buy a wristwatch or an accessory for wristwatches on Caliber & Time you can leave feedback on the seller. The feedback is not meant to be about the product but your experiences with the said seller. You may provide details on how easy or difficult the transaction was, the manner of communication with the seller, and how helpful he or she was in making sure the product reached you.

Follow-up comment on Feedback

Sometimes you may want to leave a follow-up comment on the feedback you have provided; you may do so by clicking the follow-up link on the seller’s feedback profile.

Revision Request

Sellers have the option to request a revision of your feedback. Occasionally you may receive such a request and will have the option to accept or decline such a request.

Why a Seller may send a Revision Request

Negative feedback has an adverse effect on a seller and his prospective future sales; Caliber & Time offers the option for the seller to explain his side by responding to your comments or by sending a revision request. Here are some reasons for sellers to opt for a feedback revision request.

• If the problems that occurred during the transactions were factors beyond their control
   
• If they have successfully resolved your issues
   
• If they feel that you have overlooked some vital information

Negative Feedback

In case you are not happy with what a seller has sold it is imperative that you communicate with the seller before leaving negative feedback.

Buyer Feedback

Wristwatches or at least some of them are luxury products involving sizable investments by both buyers and sellers. Caliber & Time maintains a buyer feedback option to improve seller confidence thus enabling quicker transaction time.

Caliber & Time encourages sellers to leave buyer feedback as soon as a transaction is successfully concluded. This may encourage them to write seller feedback for you quickly.

Feedback Usage – Rules, Regulations, and Guidelines

• All users are requested to use the feedback mechanism in a fair and constructive manner
   
• Feedback should be focused on the transactional experience
   
• Users are to refrain from making allegations without having communicated with other users
   
• Inappropriate and offensive language is not permitted
   
• Any implied or explicit threats are not permitted
   
• Publishing of information about the identification of other users is prohibited
   
• Opinions on political, religious, and social issues are not permitted
   
• Manipulation of the feedback system is strictly prohibited
   
• Users are not allowed to buy sell or trade feedback
   
• Information, links, or any other content encouraging sales outside of Caliber & Time are not permitted.
   
• Registering multiple accounts in collusion with others to manipulate ratings is not permitted
   
• Sale and purchase of Caliber & Time accounts are not permitted
   
• Manipulation of feedback via any deliberate method of sales and purchases is prohibited.

Any Activity that doesn't follow the rules and regulations laid down by Caliber & Time policies could result in the cancellation of listings, preventing listings from appearing in search results, lowering seller rating, restrictions on sale and purchase, and account suspension. All fees paid or payable in relation to listings or accounts on which we take any action will not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.
